Roughly 110 million people will be tuning in to see the Greenbay Packers and Pittsburgh Steelers going head to head tonight. If you’re a football fan, today is the most exciting day of the year for you.
But not everyone really cares about football. Some care bout the food they’ll be eating or the beer they’ll be drinking. To others, they only care about the commercials, which cost so much money to air that they should be amazing.
While last year had some great commercials such as Betty White for Snickers and those adorable and hilarious E-Trade babies; this year has a bit less hype. Justin Bieber and Ozzy Osbourne for Best Buy? Kim Kardashian for Skechers? It doesn’t feel as exhilarating as it should.
Luckily, the post-game is to the rescue! Glee nabbed the time slot right after the game so be prepared for an epic episode with singing and dancing and zombies, oh my!
So who’s my pick for the big winner today?
Glee. The game will just be in the way of my enjoyment.
